It’s okay to not be killing it every day. It’s okay to not be at 100 everyday. It’s okay to not have every deal go right.
“It’s all about the long run,” as Michael Sacca, President of Crew, would say.
Michael shares with us the importance of treating life and business like a marathon, and not letting down weeks (and even months) effect the long term, slow process to finding success. He stresses the importance of moving in the right direction to allow good things to happen, allowing yourself when you aren’t as he mentions above, 100. I could go on, and on, but I wont. You’ve got to check out today’s episode to really grasp all of his great advice.
Michael’s advice aligns perfectly with the Slow Hustle message. He even practices the ideas of slowness and having presence in his role as president of Crew. Crew allows freelancers and entrepreneurs who may not be the best at selling, but do amazing work, win great jobs. It evenly distributes the workload allowing talented freelancers opportunities they may have otherwise been restricted of. Crew is fulfilling the promise of work and allowing entrepreneurs to bring their ideas to life.
