You left work hours ago but your mind is still at the desk. It happens to all of us. Plenty of times my wife has looked over and said “You should’ve just stayed at work” or “You should’ve stayed out of town for another day to recoup.”
When that happens, I feel awful. But how do you turn it off? How do you switch gears?
